You are not just having a baby. You are stepping into a new version of yourself. That transition is real, it is significant, and it deserves more than a Google search and a stack of advice from people who mean well.
I am Alondra, a birth and postpartum doula serving families across Greater Boston and the South Shore. I show up for you and everyone you bring into your birth space. I give you everything you need before labor starts so nothing catches you off guard. And I stay until things are settled.

I listen more than I talk. That is intentional.
A lot of families come to me overwhelmed. They have read everything, heard conflicting advice from everyone who has ever been pregnant, and are still not sure what is actually true for them. That is what I am here for.
I give you all the information prenatally so nothing is a surprise during labor. I make sure your partner and your support people know what is happening and how to actually show up for you. And I work for you, not your hospital or provider.
I am a Latina birthworker with clinical experience, rooted in the traditions of El Salvador and the Dominican Republic. I have supported families at Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess, Massachusetts General Hospital, South Shore Hospital, and beyond. I know these systems. More importantly, I know how to make sure you are not lost inside them.
